Profiling is a service offered to employers in Oregon, it is free of cost to the employer and enables the business to require the NCRC as a means to draw qualified candidates for hire. Each individual position within a company can be profiled to achieve a report advising the required set of skills needed to complete the job successfully. Once a position is profiled, your local WorkSource will send you candidates who have earned an NCRC at the aptitude level needed to ensure a good match.
