1.  Take the Worldwide Interactive Network (WIN) Skills Review (understand your strengths and your skills)

 2.   Use the Worldwide Interactive Network (WIN) Courseware (improve your skills)

3.   Research ACT Occupational Database (learn what skills your chosen career requires)

 4.   Earn the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) (demonstrate your skills)

 5.   Share your skills with employers/educators (achieve your career goals and/or connect to college)

How can I Prepare for the NCRC?

Step 1: Obtain a Job Seeker ID Number

Step 2: Skill up using WIN (accessible after registering)

Step 3: Contact your local Worksource Oregon center, or other testing location and sign up for the next available testing time.

Step 4: Take the NCRC!

Step 5: Make an appointment at WorkSource Oregon for resume review and other job search services.

Step 6: Apply in a career field you will thrive in 

Step 7: Submit your NCRC transcript for college credit at colleges offering the credit (see College tab)
